Reestablishment of the Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program

We, the music-loving young adults of Maryland and surrounding areas, formally request the commencement of the Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program on Friday and Saturday nights from 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
In return, each and every one of us affirms that: (a) We will not ingest intoxicating substances or drugs of any kind, and (b) We will utterly refrain from verbal attack, physical battery, or otherwise malicious and/or offensive behavior directed towards other individuals during The Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program, and (c) Consistently purchase the wristband and/or ticket required to attend the Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program, and (d) Refrain from loitering at Holy Grounds Coffee House and/or surrounding areas [including, but not limited to: Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd., Woods/Holy Grounds Church, and the local library) during and after the Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program.
For us, the Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program was a safe and monitered haven in which we could meet friends and listen to local music; for many of us, it was the sole opportunity we had to interact with friends and experience live music.
We firmly believe that by once again initiating the Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program, many teens will once again have a supportive environment to look forward to partaking in.
We humbly ask whom it may concern, to restablish the Community Center Holy Grounds Coffee House program, and once again create a community for the music loving young adults of central Maryland and surrounding areas.
