With this petition, the undersigned people would like to encourage The BBC to release the 2004 drama "North and South" on DVD.
With the release of most of your other programmes including similar costume dramas such as "Pride and Prejudice", "Vanity Fair", Persuasion", "Wives and Daughters" to name but a few, we find it very unfair that you are not releasing "North and South" and urge you to rethink your stance on the matter.
Please send this petition to every "North and South" fan out there, to show the BBC that there is a market for this programme!

I absolutely adore North and South, and would I'd love to own it on DVD. It's an amazing period drama, one of the best the BBC's produced for years. I would certaintly be buying any DVD as soon as it came out! It *needs* to be released!
