Release of (old) American toons in Europe

To any European publisher of DVDs,

In America, there are a lot of old television shows released on DVD. However, most of these publishers only have the rights to publish these shows in the States. Well-known examples are the DiC titles, consisting of top-cartoons like the Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, the Legend of Zelda, Captain N: The Game Master and COPS: The Animated Series. However, it is not limited to these animations, but these are the most known ones.

We therefore like to call for your help. We feel that Europe is left behind in all of this, and we would really like such toons to be released. Most of us don't have the money, facilities or rights to import these cartoons, and it would be a shame. Also, most of us don't know English, or don't have the proper knowledge of the English language.

This petition shows how much we would want these cartoons to be released in Europe, and we hope you will answer to this plea.
