Removal of car park charges for student of republic polytechnic

Removal of car park charges for student of republic polytechnic. We students of republic polytechnic felt that it is very unfair that we have to pay for the car park fees. From our understanding, other polytechnics in Singapore doesnt not charge for their parking why should we? This is a school, not a shopping center, and we have already paid so much for our school fees and still the school wants to earn our money through the parking fees. Yes, I understand that since we have car, why we dont have the money to pay? Surely, the car installment is paid by our parents, but our petrol and parking fees are coming out from our own pocket. You may say its only $3 a day, but that adds up to a lot. Why do you have to charge us?
