Replace PSU Campus Public Safety with Oregon State Police

We the students of Portland State University, citizens of Portland, Oregon, and the community at large, are tired of being subjected to the arbitrary and discriminatory, harassment, malicious prosecution, and physical abuse, inflicted upon us by the Portland State University so-called, Public Safety Officers, commonly referred to as the PSU Safety Patrollers.

These under educated, poorly trained, low wage earning, sociopaths, should not be allowed to believe that they are above the law. Their illegal acts cause grievous damages which make Portland State University liable. Ironically, it is the public which is first the victim of the initial abuses of these tyrants, then the public is secondly liable to be held accountable to pay compensation for damages through taxes.

Therefore we the undersigned, hereby petition for the closing of the department of Campus Public Safety, and campus security to subsequently be maintained by full fledged Oregon State Police Officers.
