Rescind My Consent to be Governed

The following letter will be sent to the Federal Government of the United States of America once I have collected enough signatures for it to have weight. Ideally, the purpose of this letter is to force the Federal Government to realize that they do not have a Divine Mandate to rule over us, but rather that they serve us and are subject to us. In the event that they refuse to acknowledge these two simple points, I hope that the signatures here reflect that we the people are willing to pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor to defend our natural rights from those who would attempt to suppress them. Letter begins here:

Dear Mr. President,

Please let this letter serve as my official notification to you and the Federal Government that I am hereby rescinding my consent to be governed as is my Right and Duty per the Declaration of Independence.

Therefore, effective immediately, I no longer recognize any federal authority, including but not limited to any and all Executive Orders issued by you or any past Presidents, any and all legislation passed by the current or any past Congress, any and all decisions of the current or past Supreme Court Justices, and any and all rules, regulates, statues or other compulsory mandates issued by any Federal committee, department, or agency. As such, I am also no longer subject to any Federal taxation, fine, or penalty.

This decision is a result of at least 220 years of constant erosion of my natural rights by the Federal Government. This erosion has been performed by a mixture of intentional anti/un-constitutional legislation, court decisions, and executive orders, suppression of state sovereignty, expansion of Federal power without the requisite Constitutional Amendment allowing it, as well as other acts by agencies created by Congress which have superseded my natural rights.

As there are still citizens for whom you still have the consent to govern, your government is still legitimate for them. Therefore, I propose a new contract as follows which will act as the governing treaty for all interactions between myself and the Federal Government of the United States of America:

I. Whereas; The Federal Government of the United States of America must recognize that I am not a citizen of the Federal Government and that no act by the Federal Government carries any authority over me,
II. And; Attempts by the Federal Government of the United States of America to forcefully reacquire authority over me, my property, and my family are an act of war,
III. And; Attempts by the Federal Government of the United States of America to in any way restrict my ability to navigate, work, or live in my State of Birth are an act of war,
IV. And; I have the natural right to deny or bestow my consent to be governed as I deem fit, and that should I decide to bestow my consent to be governed back to the Federal Government no action may be taken against me as punishment for the exercising of my natural rights.
V. Therefore; I will recognize the Federal Government of the United States of America as the sovereign government of the people who continue to consent to be governed by it and will brook no aggression against these citizens,
VI. And; I am willing to either present myself or send an emissary when international negotiations are required between myself and the Federal Government of the United States of America,
VII. And; I will not discriminate against citizens of the Federal Government of the United States of America with regard to hiring, performance of advertised services, or trade.

I will grant you up to a maximum of 10 days to review this treaty and submit any requested changes to me. In the event a period of 120 days has expired from the date on this letter and no agreement has been signed by both parties, it will be assumed that the Federal Government of the United States of America is not negotiating in good faith, is attempting to create a contract of adhesion, and/or that the intent of the delay is to prevent the exercise of my natural and civil rights. This will be reported to my State of Births Court system as well as to any and all international Courts which may have cause to hear such a grievance.

I, the undersigned citizen of ___________(State of Birth), do acknowledge the terms of this treaty and agree to be bound by them.
