Re: Resident Petition for Amendments to Residential Garbage Collection and Disposal Ordinance

We, the undersigned residents of the City of Savannah, pursuant to Savannah City Code of Ordinances Section 10-2103(b), hereby move to amend the Savannah City Code of Ordinances Section 4-2007 in the following manner:

1. To provide for single-stream curbside recycling of glass, plastic, aluminum, newspaper and magazines.
2. To provide for the provision of appropriate containers to residents.

I hereby swear that:

1. I have personally or electronically signed this petition inside the boundaries of the City of Savannah;
2. I am a resident and was registered to vote in the last general City of Savannah election;
3. I reside at the address indicated directly following my signature;
4. I am physically located within the boundaries of the City of Savannah at the time of my signing this petition.
