As of right now, the Dursleys are not going to be appearing in the forth Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. See article below:
Ananova is reporting that the Dursleys will be cut out of GoF to reduce the length of the script. Richard Griffiths (Vernon) and Fiona Shaw (Petunia) are both said to be stunned by the news.
Griffiths told a British tabloid: "Filming had already started on the fourth and Fiona and I asked the producers 'Are we in it?' and they said: 'Oh, did no one tell you?'
Griffiths has stated that he hopes there will be a fans revolt. He is reported as saying to JK Rowling, 'Couldn't the Dursleys turn up to an Open Day at Harry's school or something?' but she said, 'I don't think so.'"
