Put a motion forward to spill all positions on the board and cause them to be vacant.
On the Spill motion being successful to put a section motion to call for nominees for the executive and general committee of the Autodesk Users Group International, Incorporated.
On the successful nomination for the executive and general committee to vote on nominations in person or by proxy as allowed under the ByLaws as adopted.
