Stephany Needs to go to Montreal!

I think Stephany should be allowed to go to Montreal to see WOW the group perform a concert on their Pop Smash tour on April 11th, 2010!

(I would like to go to Montreal, Canada on April 11th to see WOW. Other than the expenses, we have everything planned. My only problem? I haven't asked my parents if I could go yet. It is currently March 14th, meaning, I only have less than 4 weeks to get this squared away. To make sure we have transportation. To make sure we have a place to stay. To make sure we can get tickets. (AND MEET AND GREET PASSES) And most importantly (as for time wise) to make sure I can legally get back into the United STates afterward! (Passport card.) because of all of this, if I am going to be attending the show, I need to get this ball rolling now! This is what I need YOU to help me with.
