Stevenage, home of Knebworth House, Stevenage Borough F.C. and the hometown of almost 100,000 people is an important and well-known suburb of London. It's often a drive-through to connect people to the city of London and beyond.
But why is there not a music venue? Sure, we have Knebworth Park, which hosts the odd rock concert every 10 or so years and the Gordon Craig theatre, but that just hosts the odd Elvis Presley impersonator and a constant stream of classical shows.
We want a nice venue to host some of the local talent and the occasional well-known artists at our doorstep. Something to give the youth of Stevenage something to do, something to give adults something to work and earn money for. Something for the people of Stevenage to enjoy!
A nice arena with around 1,500 seats would be perfect!
