Stop abusing the month of Ramadan

We, the undersigned protest against author Lauren Weisberger's insensitive and offensive attitude towards one of our most basic Islamic practices. In her book "The Devil Wears Prada", while trying to express her protagonist Andrea Sachs' "plight under her monster boss", Weisberger has clearly defamed the name of the Islamic month of Ramadan. Precisely in chapter seventeen of her book, she writes: "Lets see, I've spent most of my time trying to figure out how best to sleep through a phone that wont stop ringing while simultaneously shoving enough food down my throat between the hours of two and six a.m. to sustain me for the remaining twenty four hours. Its like fucking Ramadan here"
Any believing Muslim would be shocked to read such obscenities attached with the revered month of Ramadan. Therefore we demand an apology from Weisberger.
