With the NHS in financial meltdown and cuts to services obvious why should we foot the bill for people who have not paid National Insurance. The govenment states:
Short stay visitors (on holiday) and long stay visitors are entitled to free NHS treatment from the PCT.
Well I say if you haven't paid into it then you shouldn't sponge from it!
