The violations of the channel named "Space toon"

To whom ever this concerns,
I here by send this request to the Spacetoon Channel along with all of the signers of this petitionThe reason for this petition is because of the violations that this channel made mainly in these topics:
1-Wrong Translations and changing dialogs: This channel has translated great anime cartoons wrong and miss-leading translations and changed many dialogs for these cartoons which leaded into changing the main idea and the story of the anime for reasons as advertising for companies or under pressure from a few religious figures.
Examples:
a) Captain Majed (Captain Tsubasa): The name for this series has been changed from Captain Majed to Nido cup2002 in order to advertise to this item and that is considered a huge violation not to mention an insult to this old great anime. And of course they had to change the dialog because of the advertisment.

b) Digimon: The name for this series has been changed from Digimon to Digital heroes and the Dialog for it has been messed with all of it by changing the evolution idea for a digimon into calling the base and sending the digimons brother instead and because of the dialog changing the story became unclear.
Note: Some suggest that the reason for what happened to digimon is that the Montage company(the one that translates the anime)was afraid of what happened to Pokemon when it was translated because some religious figures said its(Pokemon) forbidden in Islam and such yet if they are afraid they shouldnt have translate it in the first place.

We know some dialogs should be changed because it might contain cursing words etc
But we also know that that doesnt mean a whole series should be written again!

2-Un-nesscary cutting for some scenes: We know that some scenes contain images like kissing or nudity that should be cut. Yet scenes which contain a girl wearing a skirt with her belly shown or blood and violence shouldnt be censored! The scenes were a girl is wearing skirt doesnt need to be cut and the ones with violence and blood should be put a warning about it that its not suitable for all ages because anime isnt only for kids.

3- Rewinding series: Many times the channel rewinds a whole anime series before its finished so that the person is forced to go and buy a video. Its a kind of advertisement for video stores and that is not acceptable.

There are other topics yet I may have forgotten them. The point is that the channel shouldn't use anime as an item for advertising and should translate well without un-needed cutting and censoring. We dont say the channel shouldnt advertise or cut scenes which contain bad stuff. Yet we say that it shouldnt be censoring and changing the whole series and it's idea. The channel needs to know that not only children enjoy anime.That is their responsibility. I personally believe that all of thses problems are because the Montage Company (the one that translates anime and has strong ties with the channel) is having a monopoly in the market.

We hope the company listens to our requests.
