To Secure Tract #5326 As Open Space

We, the undersigned, do hereby oppose development of TRACT 5326 and request the City of Thousand Oaks Community Development Department to deny any proposals for development of Tract 5326, located on the East side of Reino Road and the easterly terminus of Maurice Drive, and to retain Tract 5326 as open space to be purchased by the City of Thousand Oaks through the efforts of the Conejo Open Space Conversancy Agency (COSCA) for the following reasons:
1. To preserve the beauty of the region.
2. To honor the City of Thousand Oaks master plan of 40 years to control growth.
3. To preserve the small-town feel of our community.
4. To restrict excessive traffic and noise impacts to homeowners.
5. To preserve an active and significant wildlife corridor.
6. To acknowledge the voters' highest priority of preserving OPEN SPACE!!!
