The Colgate Community has qualified for the installation of Traffic Slowing devices such as speed humps. If you are in favor of Baltimore County installing these devices please sign below. We need 75\% support before the project can be constructed. Anyone who has a traffic calming device proposed in front of their home must sign on the plan before the device can be installed.
This Petition will be submitted to the Baltimore County Department of Public Works, Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning.
