We, the undersigned, wish to inform The Tennis Channel of the imense interest in the channel around the globe. Tennis is one of the most popular televised sports, yet opportunities to watch it are limited as many terrestrial broadcasters are reluctant to transmit sports in which the duration of matches cannot be predicted. We believe that sufficient interest exists for the Tennis Channel to be as profitable and popular a venture around the world as it has proved to be in the United States.
