Whereas internet use has outgrown its bandwidth capacity, and, whereas customers continue to pay premium prices for a product that has seriously deteriorated since most customers signed on, we, the undersigned, demand that BellAliant begin upgrading services immediately, or, reduce prices comensurate with the decline in service.
