On Friday 27th November 2009, Emma Bates was found guilty of murdering the love of her life Wayne Hill.
This is a tragic mis-carriage of justice, and anyone who knows Emma will know that she is not capable of murder and that the death of Wayne was a tragic case of self defense.
Emma has wrongly been sentenced to a life in-prisonment serving a minimum of 15 years.
Her 2 young children will be in their early 20's by the time their mother is considered for release.
