On Friday 27th November 2009, Emma Bates was found guilty of murdering the love of her life Wayne Hill.
This is a tragic mis-carriage of justice, and anyone who knows Emma will know that she is not capable of murder and that the death of Wayne was a tragic case of self defense.
Emma has wrongly been sentenced to a life in-prisonment serving a minimum of 15 years.
Her 2 young children will be in their early 20's by the time their mother is considered for release.
We need as many people as possible to show their support to rectify this mis-carriage of justice and to help Emma's appeal.
