104th Amendment to Indian Constitution

Honorable Mr. Chief Justice of India,
This is regarding the 104th amendment to the constitution passed in the parliament. The Key issue is that amendment is the introduction of the quota system in the non-governmental schools.
Sir, we as the proud citizens of India , believe that this move by the government will damage the education in our country (which is the only strong fort in our country today), our education is our base of our strength in new Knowledge based economy ( IT , Telecom , Pharmaceuticals and so on) which has the potential to fuel the economy growth for next 20 years. And if the quota system is introduced in private schools it will damage the whole system. Look what had happened to our government run institutions in past few decades (barring few IIT and IIM). It is high time fellow citizens are voicing their concerns and Supreme Court is their only hope.
We all are in favor of quota for the economically backward section, where the bright student is given the seat regardless of which religion he comes from.
Your honor, we need some justice, so that our country is freed from such caste based quota system. And we do away with the blunder committed by our vote hungry politicians.
