4 yr old boy needs your vote

Im divorced with alternate weekend visitation to see my son John Nick who I care about dearly. Our son is 4 yrs old and verbally tells me often that he is sad because he cant see me. I tell my xwife who says hell get used to it.

The lawyer for our son blows off these comments and doesnt push for any additional visitation.

Im pretty broke and Im self represented in Supreme Court in NY. Im going to the court in late July or August seeking to change the visitation schedule and get more time with our son.

I have never been in trouble with the law, I dont do drugs.

In fact I exercise daily, have a college education and Ive been steadily employed for 10 yrs.

I have a great relationship with my family and I maintain friendships that go back 10 yrs +. We also go to church together and I'm doing my best to maintain more than a visitor relationship with my son.

Im looking to use this site to harness the power of the people. To stand up and be counted!
To sign this petition and tell all parties involved that you believe a young child should spend time with his father even if he doesnt have the money to pay lawyers.
