A Book Like Satonic Verses: "Behind the Veil Unmasking Islam"

In a book entitled "Behind The Veil: Unmasking Islam", the author gives some biased justifications about Quran. One of the chapters of this book is "Qur'anic Language and Grammatical Mistakes" in which it is attempted to taint the public opinion providing outrageous reasons. The author (which hereinafter would be occasionally called "he") bases his argument on some of Quran verses and references people like Abu Bakr, Umar ibn al-Khattab, Ibn Timiyya, etc. who are unable to interpret those verses. With this in mind, it is concluded that Quran has some Errors!

This petition is meant to be a reaction to such ignorant interpretations of Islam. The reason why the author has seen so many "ERRANT" structures in Quran is because he had adopted a narrow perspective. That's because he has referenced the wrong men (e.g. the mentioned Abu Bakr, al-Suyuti, Umar ibn al-Khattab) who are no authorities in real Islam and their knowledge is absolutely faint. If he sought to underpin the wherefores for all "seemingly" wrong structures and words then he should have consulted all the people who are available.

He didn't even mention a word from Imams of Shi'as. Those who sign this petition are rightful to expect a scientific answer for this unprofessional behavior. All the figures mentioned in the chapter are honorable in their own time, but please give public opinion what they deserve.

I suspect he is either (kept) ignorant of the Shi'ite part of Islam world or he did this slanted and distorted analysis and wrote this unfruitful book purposefully.

I advise him not to contaminate the public opinion this way. Study the WHOLE Islam (this is what is actually under the veil) and the Shi'a moral beliefs and then try to publish such a preposterous book.
