It is my understanding that as a Social Worker for the District of Columbia Human Services Department you have a responsibility to make every effort to either:
1.) Do everything humanly possibly to keep children with their birth parents or family
when applicable or;
2.) Place children in the best situation possible, sheerly for the benefit of the children
In both situations the primary responsibility is the welfare of the children.
There are two children this theory directly affects. These two childrens direct best interest is not being met to the fullest extent in their current situation.
I, the older sister of Ti-Nesha CoNikie Rudolph and Harold Tyewoin Rudolph, am begging to provide guardianship to them. I know that I am well capable of supplying the children with the things every child deserves; the right to be a child and have the things they need as well as things they want. The right to grow up and follow their dreams and desires. The right to have someone in their corner cheering them on and helping them make the critical decisions that children are faced with making in our society today.
The children have been through a lot and on a daily basis they make constant cries for help directly to me. Help to be better people and just to have the ability to enjoy life. I cannot ignore them. I feel that they deserve this and I must do something about it.
By signing this agreement you are agreeing that I, Ti-Hesia Rudolph, is capable of providing the love, respect and the duty of providing the life that Ti-Nesha and Harold Rudolph deserve.
