Canada's Aboriginal women have suffered violence in many social situations. Numerous Aboriginal women have dissappeared over the course of many years with little or no answers. Now, after an investigation by Human Rights Watch Aboriginal women recount their abuse at the hands of the RCMP. A public inquiry should ask why Aboriginal women are being mistreated by law enforcement and why so many Aboriginal women have disappeared without a trace.
We demand a Federal Public Inquiry to investigate the Violence against Aboriginal Women in Canada and their unequal access to Justice.
