"There already was a proper ramp to 70W. I have lived in Woodstock for 20 years, and since the new ramp opened have had several near-misses with drivers crossing 29S."

"This ramp/ intersection has been dangerous since its inception. As a driver on SB29, approaching the ramp cross over is a daily nightmare. Drivers ramp up to beat oncoming SB traffic, it's impossible to know if and when a driver on the crossover will stop"
