A Tenant of a housing association property is causing anti-social behavior which has gone on for over 10 years and is now no longer acceptable by nearby residents

We the undersigned being property owners or residents in close proximity to the address 16 Elford Road, Cliffe, Rochester, Kent ME3 7EF feel that the tenants of said property, should be evicted due to the anti-social behavior caused through their actions and associations over the span of over ten years. We also feel that said property is kept in such a constant state of disrepair and uncleanliness by the tenants that it is unsightly and is having a knock on effect to house prices in the road. We hereby request that the Housing association be made to remove said tenants from the property permanently, and affect repairs to said property to bring it to a condition that is consistent with the surrounding neighborhood.
