Each of the undersigned feels that the retail sales force employed by Abercrombie and Fitch are rude, unprofessional, uncooperative, lack any knowledge of sales and are disinterested in customer satisfaction and ignorant in customer service relations.
As a result the employees at A&F make shopping there a frustrating and intolerable experience. Frequent unpleasant interactions with the sales force makes us, as consumers want to shop elsewhere.
The retail stores are mainly run and supervised by high school and college age students who have not been properly trained in customer service relations.
The signors of this petition urge A&F to implement a rigorous employee-training program that focuses on the necessity and importance of excellent customer service. All current and future employees would benefit in learning that customer satisfaction is paramount to a large public corporation, like Abercrombie and Fitch.
