Any employer in the State of Delaware can fire you without even giving you a reason this is call AT WILL and the time has come to change this because Delaware is also a RIGHT TO WORK state so if you are tired of getting fired without cause then the time is now for us to do something about it because you may go to work tomorrow and your employer can fired you without notice.
