The owner of every club, bar, restaurant, tavern and any venue where people congregate of their own free will ought to have the right to declare their premises as being either SMOKING or NON SMOKING premises.
From that point on, it is entirely up to the customer or client to choose whether he or she wants to enter or not.
We are already taxed for our habit - we will not be punished or treated as children by having the people we elected imposing decisions which affect or limit ANY personal liberty.
Fair simple and democratic!!
