"i use the Hemel Hempstead Tesco's and the child/parent parking is permanently being abused. I saw a woman get out of her car last week, parked in parent and child, without a child, and walk straight past me into the store whilst talking on her mobile phon"

"it is a danger to children to have to cross the car park, espcially when it can be prevented if mother and baby spaces could be unoccupied"
