Governor Bob Riley,

The rights of the people come before the profits of lawyers.
The courts exist for the sole purpose of serving the people
and not for the self interests of judges and lawyers.
Our courts will never be fair and just unless we force
lawyers and judges to follow their own rules.

The precedeing is a quote from People Before Lawyers.

We the people of Alabama Do hereby respectfully and humbly insist that immediate action be taken to the current Family Law and Child Custody/Support Issues to be brought in accordance with The United States Constitution.

The State is currently involved in a conflict of interest with its participation with the Child Support Performance and Incentive Act of 1998.
We estimate the State of Alabama is receiving some $500,000,000 annually at the ultimate expense of the Children of Alabama.

Many times, the state has been summoned to be forthright in the location and use of these monies, but has so far refused even under the request in regard to the Freedom of Information Act.

We the people therefore, respectfully and humbly insist that a full accounting is given for these monies and that immediate legislative attention is given to the following Items:

1. Eliminate the application of the Alabama Litigation and Accountability Act in regard to Domestic Law and any case that is heretofore brought forth from such category.

2. Eliminate the Judicial Inquiry Commission and return the legal and ethical accountability of Judges to the 1901 Constitution of Alabama as it was originally set forth.

3. Set forth laws to insure that All Family Law in the State of Alabama is in strict and complete compliance with that of the United States Constituiton as was set forth by our Forefathers.

We the People do hereby declare that our Children and their futures are our National Treasure. And we can no longer stand idly by and let their futures erode at the expense of the greed of our government, and anyone involved in continuing the REAL CHILD ABUSE.
