"While I have no problems with people genuinely selling tickets on if they cannot attend an event, eBay has helped touts to sell tickets for popular events at well over the face value, and therefore eBay is allowing them to rip people off."

"I love touts! Got top seats for Morrissey, no hassle. Had to pay over the odds, but wouldn't have been able to go otherwise. They offer a service that is obviously in demand."
