Adultery laws made easier/enforced

Our Adultery law needs closer attention by our justice system. It is to easy for a married partner to just run off with another person and not be held accountable for their actions. Their are more than this selfish person invloved here, sometimes there are innocent children, who has no control of what really goes on in their lives. I petition the Adultery law, for the innoncent. If the laws were more strict, then a person would not be so easy to hurt and abandon the innoncent. Stricter laws would make a man or woman think before he or she act. I think an adulter should be jailed, also I think actually seeing a person in the act is ridiculous. If there is initimate phone conversation, letters, notes, unaccounted money missing, unexplained phone calls, and beeper phone numbers. If these things can be proved and the law steps in, this would save a lot of innocent children, men and women heart aches. Some men and women marry in name only, not intenting to abide by the marital laws. If anyone out there feel the way I do, Please sign this petition. We would definitely make this world a little more of a decent place to live.
