Mr Birnie has been at Mintlaw Academy far too long, And if you asked around his pupils, not ONE would say that they enjoyed his classes or liked him.
Mr Michael Birnie is not a nice teacher and is very unfair towards his students and if he cannot handle them, he get the Head of Department, Mr Paterson to give the students into trouble.
Mr Birnie is a very unprofessional teacher, and does not give out levels as appropriate, instead he makes you stay in room E7 while you finish what he wants you too, or else he gets Mr Paterson through.
When he deos actually hand out Punishment Excersises, it is always for something that is pointless (i.e. Laughing.)
So, the undersigned wishes Mr Michael Birnie (Modern Studies Teacher at Mintlaw Academy, Aberdeenshire, Scotland) to retire his position at the School and teach elsewhere.
