Against the Passenger Bill of Rights

I am against the Airline Passenger Bill Of Rights. Please do not support this bill. It will unfairly burden airlines and cause further cancellations in the airline industry. It is unfair to ask airlines to predict the weather for scheduled flights or compensate travelers for conditions beyond their control. This legislature will force more airlines into bankruptcy and have a negative impact the economy. As more airlines go out of business prices will escalate and put the country into a recession the likes of which generations of Americans have never seen.
