Against Ticket Touts

This petition is to try and get your support against ticket touts that are causing us to pay ridiculous over the top prices for gigs/concerts which should be readily available.
Why should we have to go on to ebay 10 minutes after general sale to find the tickets at double or treble the actual cost? Surely something can be done.
Why not photo i.d. on tickets (because of the cost?). To be honest Id rather have to pay an extra couple of quid a ticket to get a photo ticket than have to pay it to a tout!
Name on ticket? Why not either name the people who are going (like with flights) and take id to the gig. If someone pulls out they have to contact the place they bought them and pay a standard charge (say a fiver) to get name changed. They would have to return the original ticket so 2 people cant turn up with same ticket.
And with Regards To Ebay, why can't they just ban it? the reason is probably because they will lose too much money!!
Ive probably missed something off the above but you get my point. Pass this on to everyone that is annoyed by this.
