The Barlagnes, a French immigrant family has been living in Montreal, Canada for 5 years and have followed all the Ministere de l'Immigration rules. Now, they've been asked to leave the country because their youngest daughter has cerebral palsy and represents an excessive social "load". It's heartbreaking. Help us help the Barlagnes, by signing the petition.
