Target:
Main target of this petition is to raise the service level in MMORPG Aion, whose distributor (localizer) in Russian Federation is Innova Group.
If you are signing this petition you must agree following terms:
1. Innova Group do not provide stable and comfortable gaming process. Innova experience communicative problems all over the way. Ping between player and Aion server is estimated by hundreds (in some cases thousands) of milliseconds. Also the servers do not stand the load even having ping not higher then 300ms there are still "freezes" (delays) up to 30 seconds.
2. Innova Group do not perform functions of supporting Aion users. Some times it takes a month to get an answer(!) for a letter to support team, solving a problem can take even more time.
What do we stand for:
1. We ask NCsoft Corporation to examine compliance of Innova Group actions with the distributive contract. We believe that the terms of that agreement do mention stability and comfort for the Russian customers.
2. We ask NCsoft Corporation to make everything possible to raise the service level provided by Innova Group. Meaning both customer support and game comfort.
