Ajutam Maidanezii, Salvam Orasul!

Problema maidanezilor in Municipiul Chisinau este foarte grava. Pe linga faptul ca mai multe persoane sunt muscate zilnic de ciini, acestia la rindul lor sunt otraviti in tot orasul - care nu este o metoda umana de solutionare a situatiei.
Consideram ca este obligatia autoritatilor publice locale sa solutioneze problema maidanezilor intr-o forma umana si sa protejeze locuitorii Municipiului Chisinau. Si anume sa creeze un azil pentru animalele fara stapin, unde ele vor fi adapostite, si sa acorde asistenta necesara azilurilor deja existente.
Cerem institutiilor abilitate investigarea cazurilor de cruzime fata de animale conform Art 157 a Codului Contraventional.

Проблема бездомных собак в Кишинёве является очень серьезной. Помимо того что жертвами укусов ежедневно становятся многие люди, собак также травят по всему городу - что не является гуманным методом решения проблемы.
Мы считаем обязанностью местных властей решить данную проблему в гуманной форме и также обеспечить защиту жителей Кишинёва. В частности, организовать приют для бездомных животных где они будут проживать, а также помогать уже существующим приютам.
Требуем ответственные структуры расследовать все случаи жесткого обращения по отношению к животным согласно 157й статье Кодекса о Правонарушениях.

The problem of stray dogs is very serious in Chisinau. Besides the fact that many people are daily bitten by stray dogs, there are many cases of poisoning of the dogs in the city - which is not a humane method of solving the problem.
We consider that it is the responsibility of the local public authorities to solve the problem in a humane way and provide protection for people living in Chisinau. Especially, to create a shelter for stray animals and to offer assistance to already existing shelters.
We demand the investigation of all cases of cruelty towards animals according to the Art 157 of the Contravention Code.
