We have deemed the services provided by the Milton Academy Technology Services (ATS) to the student body (students) in regards to the restrictive Internet access granted by ATS (the proxy) too restrictive to help further the students educational endeavors and fulfill the schools motto to Dare to be True. We also find that the conventional methods for being granted access to Internet services restricted by the proxy are too ineffective to prove useful. We would ask the Milton Academy administration (the administration) and ATS to negotiate with a small number of students representative of the student body to alleviate or possible negate certain restrictive aspects of the proxy. Should the administration agree to this, we would ask that they notify the students by means of an announcement at a morning assembly.
