Allow viewing freedom for Top Gear fans

We the undersigned Top Gear fans from around the world do hereby petition BBC worldwide to relax their strict content usage policy and allow dedicated fans around the world the privilege of watching Top Gear whenever they wish on the video sharing website known as "you tube" www.youtube.com. The BBC have recently strengthened their content usage policy and are not allowing new top gear videos featuring season 15 and 16 to be posted, this is very unfair for many thousands or more viewers around the world who have no other means of watching new top gear. We ask them to relax this policy and also to make bbc iplayer available worldwide.
If it is a question of license fees it is possible for the bbc to monetise videos that other people post if it is the bbcs content they could make literally thousands of pounds or more every week if they monetised their own content posted by other people.
