Allowing Strollers in the Monet Exhibit

We respectfully request that the North Carolina Museum of Art open the Monet exhibit to families who are using strollers to contain their young children. We firmly believe that priceless artwork, such as original artwork by Monet, should be enjoyed by all and protected to the best of our ability. We believe that by providing a safe location such as a stroller for young children to sit and observe the art, we are doing the best we can to protect the art and insure that it is available for all to enjoy. By prohibiting strollers from the exhibit, we feel we are excluded from enjoying and appreciating this once in a lifetime opportunity.

76. Kristin W | it is much safer for the artwork if a small child like a toddler can be restrained in a stroller than to have them where they can run around and touch things.
