PETITION TO RATIFY AND IMPLEMENT AMENDMENTS XXVIII; (28) XXIX; (29) XXX; (30) XXXI; (31) AND XXXII (32) TO THE CONSTITUTION/BILL OF RIGHTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

We the People of the United States of America Petition and Call upon the Congress of the United States of America to pass for ratification and implementation the following Amendments: XXVIII; XXIX; XXX; XXXI; and XXXII (28, 29, 30, 31 & 32)to the Constitution/Bill of Rights of the United States of America.

The Amendments shall read as follows:

Article XXVIII That Congress shall make no law that prohibits American citizens from the right to legal work. That all persons born or naturalized in the United States of America, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States of America and the State they reside. That every American citizen shall have the Divine right to a dignified occupation, i.e.: job, labor, employment, work, vocation, profession, career, telemarketing, salesmanship, independent vendors, self-employment, home based enterprises, free enterprise, etc.; and earn a comprehensive income for their time, service, abilities and labor that has purchasing power commmensurate with the prevalent living standards. Further, that the Congress of the United States of America shall oblige all American citizens who want to work to work for a legal, moral and ethical livelihood. That the Federal, State and City Government shall not infringe the rights of American citizens to work.

Article XXIX That every person shall have the right to wholesome food, adequate clothing, affordable housing, a comprehensive education, not limited to the academic/vocational curriculums, and a right to hospitalization gratis. That every American citizen shall have the right to a comprehensive health plan as well as whole life insurance. And that there is no condition that the Government can impose upon the people for these essentials and or necessities of life. Further, that the Government shall match a grant, dollar for dollar to any religious institution, philanthropic organization and/or non-profit project/program/venture that lends itself to the needs of the poverty stricken/despondent person without any conditions. Notwithstanding, the Government does maintain the right to audit for fraudulent purposes. And further, that the Government of the United States of America does maintain the right to prosecute any person or persons to the fullest extent of the law, found guilty beyond all reasonable doubt, of fraudulency, conspiracy and/or perjury.

Section 1
That the American citizens maintain the right to comprehensive ownership and possession of land, property and real estate without oppugnancy from the Government sector, corporate sector or private sector. That the owner and possessor of land, property and real estate maintain all rights to negotiate, trade, bargain, sell and put up for collateral their land, property and real estate. That at no time shall Government maintain the arbitrary power to seize land, property and real estate from American citizens; and that the Government shall not impose undue influence, coercion, duress, compulsion, intimidation, terrorism, thuggism and/or gangsterism to appease private interests, special interests and/or corporate interests, et al to seize the land, property and real estate of American citizens. That Congress shall make no law to infringe the right of American citizens to own and possess land, property and real estate, so long as that right is within legal, moral and ethical means.

Article XXX That every person has the right to the order of the Divine structure of the Family unit. And that no law shall be legislated nor promulgated to undermine, disrupt and destroy a natural Family unit. That no parent, viz.-the father being a male and the mother being a female and the child being born of them; shall be deprived nor depraved of their Divine given rights as parents. And that every parent shall have the right to appropriately instruct, punish and discipline their child/chidren within the boundaries of reason. And that every parent shall be held obligated, accountable, responsible and answerable for the behavior, the actions, the deeds and civility of their child/children until the age of twenty-one. (21) And that in any case that a parent shall be found guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt of violating the Divine and human rights of their child/children; or be found to be unfit or insane, that the Divine rights of that parent shall remain intact and that the parent shall still be entitled to the rights of their child/children under the strict supervision of legal intervention, monitoring and counseling until such time that the courts deem it no longer necessary. That both parents (viz.-the natural father and natural mother) shall have joint custody of their child/children and that the Government or its courts shall not violate the joint custody rights of the parents. That it shall be the law of the land that every Government, public, private and parochial school system indoctrinate in the curriculum: Family Science and the art of proper parenting. And that it shall be defined in distinct detail by all standards of sound religion, behavioral sciences and law, as to what is child abuse and what is not. That neither man or woman, who is the natural parents of any unborn child or born child, shall have the arbitrary right to neither abort nor place into adoption. That no woman who is impregnated shall have the right to deprive the natural father of his rights and knowledge of his unborn child/sibling. And that Congress shall make no law that deprives nor prevents any child from the knowledge and Divine right of their natural parent or parents.

Article XXXI
Section 1
That Congress shall make no laws that infringe the confidentiality, privacy and identity of American citizens and/or legal aliens; that Congress shall not violate the confidentiality, privacy and identity of American citizens and/or legal aliens, by intrusion or invasion; nor shall any Federal, State and/or City of the United State of America infringe the confidentiality, privacy and identity of American citizens and/or legal aliens by any such means. That the Congress shall be obligated and duty bound to protect, secure and safe guard the confidentiality, privacy and identity of every American citizen and/or legal alien.

Section 2
That all American citizens shall enjoy the pursuits of life, liberty and property; wherein as their privacy, confidentiality and identity are not invaded, intruded and/or infringed by any Government sector and/or private sector, et al.


Section 3
That the Social Security numbers, Government ID, Passwords and other such pertinent data shall not be subjected to identity theft, invasions and/or intrusions by any agencies; Government sector and/or private sector, et al.

Section 4
That every American citizen, legal alien and/or persons subjected to the domain of the United States of America, shall have the right to copies/facsimile of all and any such documents, data and/or materials that their "JOHN HANCOCK" has endorsed, forthwith. Viz.-signed with their signature. That the Government sector and/or private sector, et al shall not infringe such right.

Section 5
That American citizens, legal aliens and persons subjected to the domain of the United States of America, shall not be subjected to undue influence, compulsion, coercion and/or duress to divulge, disclose and/or reveal pertinent data/information regarding their privacy, identity and/or confidentiality. And that such person shall be protected by the Constitutionality of the United States of America.

Section 6
That Congress shall guarantee the Freedom of Information Act, (FOIA) the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, (FCRA) Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act, (FECOA) Consumer Credit Protection Act, (CCPA) the Privacy Act of 1974, the Paper Reduction Act of 1995, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, laws already in effect to protect the rights and privacy of American citizens.

Section 7
That Congress is empowered to prosecute any person or persons who intentionally and deliberately violate the laws of the United States of America.

Article XXXII That the foreign policies of the Government, USA, shall be in accord with the laws of the foreign state; that this Government shall not marshal itself as the police of the world; that this Government shall not seek global conquest, universal conquest nor Divine conquest at anytime; that this Government maintains the right to promulgate itself as a superpower, but not to bully, terrorize and/or dominate the world community; that this Government has the right to defend itself against any and all unjustified attacks on its sovereign state. That at no time does this Government have the right to a pre-emptive strike on another state, but that this Government maintains the right to forewarn, any state that if it attacks without warrant, the United States of America will defend itself with all its powers to comprehensively abolish the enemy. At no time shall this Government be an occupying force and/or power via its troops/militia and/or its delegates. That this Government shall act in concert with civilized nations of the earth to maintain the peace and security of this planet, whenever called upon by such union. That this Government shall not part take in White Supremacy, but shall be a participator in human salvation, human liberation and human dignity for the sake of all humanity; viz.-inclusive of black, brown, red, yellow and white people.
