The League of Foamy Wrath Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the guild members, or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year Two thousand and six shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no Guild Member, without his or her Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

We, the undersigned hereby decree that an amendment be made to Article III, Guild Member Rights. This very amendment exemplifies several clauses of this Article, including guild members' rights to public debate and vote of any offenses brought against them and to the freedom of speech, or of the press and to petition the guild government.

Given the nature of party instances and guild dungeon raids, it is imperative that all party members be available at all times, except in the event of an emergency, including phone calls, guests, bio breaks or other such matters of real life. However, the statement "to drop offline when real life calls or in emergencies" should be amended to include this statement:

"to drop offline when real life calls or in emergencies only after all party members are notified of the exact reason for leaving the party and an approximate time of absence. If at any point, the absent party member takes longer than the approximate time given, all present party members must be notified by the absent party member using the AFK macro (slash afk - /afk). All party members must acknowledge within party chat that they are aware of said party member's absence The failure to make such notification can result in party member being left behind and/or being booted from the party."

It has come to the petitioners' attention that leaving the party for an indefinite period of time can result in other party members' deaths or a wipe within the instance. This merits an amendment to the Constitution, Article III, Guild Member Rights.
