"Ya' know, I love AOL and all, but we DO need custom colours, smaller font sizes, size 9, coloured links, and better image quality. 9.0 is great, and you can do custom colours and all, but still, it's hard to do 'zines."

"5.0 is grand.. stop updating it and making it worse. : I could get hotmail and be the same as 9.0. I could get on any internet service basically and it be the same.. because anything higher than 6.0 is lame. As far as email customization and such goes."
