Banning the use of light-tubes and other such harmful "weapons" in death match wrestling goes against this American trend completely. It's nonsensicalness is furthered by the fact that several states have absolutely no problem in full grown adults making the decesion to endanger their bodies. Yes, it is beyond apparent what injuries can come from death match wrestling with certain weapons you have deemed "illegal" to use in your state. Which is why regulations for death match wrestling would be perfectly understandable. Waivers to be signed by the wrestlers and crowd, stating they understand the risks of partaking in the wrestling or viewing the wrestling. This would ensure nobody would be injured except those who find the risk acceptable.
Light-tubes have been a tradition in ultra-violent/death match wrestling in the United States, Japan, and other countries for several years now. To ban them is not only a disgrace to the wrestling industry, it is a disgrace to America and our rights as Americans. Our President tells us there are people in the world who wish to cause our country harm because they hate our freedom. Yet, full grown mentally competent adults are told what and whatnot they can do while professional wrestling. These two messages are completely contradictory, and other State Athletic Commissions are in complete agreeance. This ban is robbing wrestling companies of greater profits, and is robbing fans worldwide of what they want to see. We are asking for you to reconsider the ban, and in its place, add stronger regulations for the wrestlers and the auidence. That, or have things go back to the way they used to be, the way things are elsewhere. If you find this completely unreasonable, please address the subject to the public, and explain why it is not fascist to determine what is and what is not acceptable for adults to use in professional wrestling.
