An Open Letter to WWE... Fire Michael Cole!

We, the faithful viewers of WWE programming have had enough. We are sick of the screw-ups, the insults to our intellegence, the word "Damn" directed at every heel, we are sick of Michael Cole. Cole is the play-by-play man on UPN's WWE: Smackdown! and TNN's WWE: Velocity, he has it in his head that he is a great wrestling announcer on par with such greats as Gordon Solie, Gorilla Monson, Lance Russell, and Jim Ross, this gives him a sence of bravado that he can just insult every heel, calling them a piece of garbage etc., instead of putting them over like he's supposed to do. When a heel wins, he sounds totally disgusted and keeps using the word "damn". For example: "That damn Jericho uses a steel chair to win the damn match!" JR can get away with that because he has earned respect from the superstars and fans for over 25 years, Cole has been in the business for about 5, and only has been a major announcer for 3. He constantly insults our intellegence and says stuff like "Taker vs. Angle, the biggest main event EVER on Smackdown!". He also gave away the result of the main event of WrestleMania 15 about an hour before it happened (probably why the WWE won't put him back on live TV). And of course, he's just so annoying, worse than Tony Shavonie, worse than Mark Madden, worse than Jeremy Borash. The WWE are not short on announcers, they have Jonathan Coachman and Marc Lloyd, both incredible on the mic (and both know how to put over superstars and not ramble on incoheriently). This is meant to rid World Wrestling Entertainment of the migrane that is Michael Cole, Thanks, and we CAN make a difference!

after working on smackdown and having cole call my matches for years i have to say he is really a woman, and cole used to always rub other wrestlers sweaty towels on his face, and tazz quit because cole awlays chewed on his toes, and by the way he does no
