Andy Capp for Prime Minister

I am an English citizen and have lived here for nineteen years and found that in the past six years or so Britian's society is crumbling. The government has tricked us by naming themself's as "Labour" and then introducing right wing ideals like top-up fee's and transport privatisation and hospital privatisation and war on random contries and I, for one, am sick of it. I am going to try and get Andy Capp, a man of solid ideals, to become a recognised candidate for Prime Minister, if the Gorillaz and the Wombles can become international recording artist then Andy Capp should be able to take the role of the leader of Britian.

So I call for all of England to sign this petition and make sure Andy Capp is on the next ballot paper to give England a real left wing alternative.
