To the City & County of Muskegon--
We the people of the City of Muskegon hereby petition the city and county government to pass an ordinance to that restricts railroad companies, other corporations or persons from the use of diesel or locomotive engines
between the hours of 12:00 pm and 5:00 am, Such excessive sound is detrimental to the public health, safety, welfare and quality of life of the residents of the City & County.
